1. By placing an order with us  (Hillcrest Soap, PO Box 13651, Maldon, CM9 9GA, support@hillcrestsoap.com) you agree to these Terms.

2. My  soaps are handmade in small batches. 

• Product description and images give a fair representation but may vary slightly due to their handmade nature.
• all ingredients are listed
• products are only for external use
• keep out of reach of children and avoid contact with eyes

3. Customers are responsible for reading the ingredient list before purchasing the products.

• I recommend to perform a patch test before use - you might be allergic or have sensitive skin
• I am not responsible for adverse reactions due to ingredient sensitivities or misuse of the products

4. Pricing and Payment.

• all prices are in Pounds Sterling and include VAT
• I reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice 
• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via online payment methods
• you will receive an order confirmation by email once payment is processed

5. Shipping and Delivery.

• I currently deliver within the U.K.
• orders are usually dispatched within 5 working days - unless specified otherwise
• delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method
• shipping cost: its currently free. I reserve the right to change it at any time accordingly and will be shown at checkout
• once dispatched delivery is handled by Royal Mail or anothe courier
• I am not responsible for delays once parcels are with Royal Mail or couriers

6. Intellectual Property.

All texts, product designs, logos, pictures and content on my website belong to Hillcrest Soap. You may not copy, distribute, or use our materials without permission. 

7. Liability.

I am not liable for:

• any indirect, incidental or consequential losses 
• reactions, injuries or damage resulting from misuse of my products
• your statutory right as a consumer remain unaffected

8. Privacy and Data Protection.

I value your privacy. Personal information collected through my website are processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Date Protection Act 2018. I only collect and process data necessary to fulfil your order and will never sell or share it with third parties. 

9. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. 

10. Amendments.

I may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this website and will apply to any future orders.
